What kind of gene expression changes have you seen after running through LeviCell?

We’ve conducted experiments showing little to no differences in gene expression when comparing cells run on the LeviCell vs controls. Comparing UMAPs between levitated and non-levitated cells show the same cell populations, subpopulations at the same, expected cell ratios.  Levitation does not bias collection of 1 population over another, unless perhaps a split line is set too aggressively high and/or levitation time was not long enough.  A user can manually adjust the split line and levitation time, so if there are concerns about excluding a specific subpopulation of cells, consider being more lenient with these two factors.
