- Depending on where the split line is set, the volumes in the top and bottom fraction will vary.
- At 0 split the same volume will be recovered from the top and the bottom, roughly 100uL from the top and bottom (220uL was loaded into the entire cartridge).
- There is minimal loss within the cartridge (just what may stick to the plastic), >70% of the total volume is recovered.
