Growth rate measured from cultures seeded after levitation were no different than cultures seeded from un-levitated samples.
Customers routinely use cells after levitation in culture or other cell-based assays, but we are limited with what we can share from our customers here. Internally, we've tested Jurkat cells in this context. We took fresh cells (with high viability) and ran an aliquot on the LeviCell and another aliquot was not levitated. We then seeded culture flasks after, tracking cell counts over 6-7 days. We assessed doubling times from the cultures.
