We have shown that our Levitation Agent is compatible with single cell studies carried out on the 10X Chromium platform and can be directly put into culture with no effect on growth.
Users have also successfully used cells with Levitation Agent in FACS, PDX and culture experiments with no issues.
Some users may choose to remove the levitation agent before using the cells downstream although there are no known specific reasons for doing so.
