Are the cells damaged or affected in any way?

No, we have done extensive research internally and with external partners to validate that the cells are not negatively affected in any way including viability, culturability and gene expression profile.  Comparing UMAPs between levitated and non-levitated cells show the same cell populations, subpopulations at the same, expected cell ratios.  Levitation does not bias collection of 1 population over another.
